As the breeder, I offer a one-year health guarantee against any life-threatening genetic defects in the puppy. This guarantee specifically covers hereditary conditions that are deemed life-threatening. The following terms and conditions apply:                                                                                                                         

1. Exclusions: This health guarantee does not cover minor health issues or illnesses that are common in puppies, including but not limited to:

Colds, allergies, or other non-life-threatening conditions.                                                                                                                             

Internal or external parasites (e.g., worms, fleas, ticks).                                                                                                                  

Umbilical hernias or other minor physical abnormalities.                                                                                                                              

Prior to the sale, I will disclose any known illnesses or health concerns, ensuring full transparency.                                                                                                                

2. In the Event of a Life-Threatening Genetic Defect:

If the puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening genetic defect within the one-year guarantee period, the buyer has the option to return the puppy to me, the breeder.                                                                                                                               

Upon return of the puppy, I will provide a replacement puppy of the same breed when one becomes available, or I will offer a refund of the purchase price.                                                                                                                     

The choice between a replacement puppy or a refund is at my discretion as the breeder.                                                                                                                        

3. Proof of Condition:

In the event of a claim under this health guarantee, the buyer must provide veterinary documentation that clearly diagnoses the life-threatening genetic condition.                                                                                                                      

The buyer must also provide the contact information and address of the diagnosing veterinarian and give permission for me, the breeder, to speak with the veterinarian directly to discuss the condition.                                                                                                                               

In the event of death a necropsy will need to be performed to determine the cause of death.                                                                                                                

The Buyer agrees to assume full responsibility for all veterinary expenses incurred after taking possession of the puppy, including but not limited to routine care, emergency treatment, vaccinations, and any medical conditions that may arise.                                                                                                                             

4. Limitations:

This health guarantee does not cover the puppy’s size, weight, color, temperament, or potential for show quality, as these factors cannot be guaranteed.                                                                                                                      

The puppy is being sold as pet quality only.                                                                                                                              

Any weight estimates provided are based on the weight of the puppy’s parents and general breed expectations, but are not a guarantee of final size.
